About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Data Engineer Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. You'll work directly with our clients to implement and optimize Microsoft Fabric solutions, helping them transform their data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric
• Develop and optimize data models for analytics
• Create and maintain ETL processes
• Collaborate with client teams to understand requirements
• Provide technical guidance and best practices
• Document solutions and processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Experience with ETL development and optimization
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI and DAX
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services
• Experience with data governance and security
• Consulting experience
